1. MarkMine’s role as a DMCA service provider
MarkMine offers tooling that helps creators draft, log, and track takedown notices. We are not a law firm.
2. How to submit a takedown notice
Provide legal full name, ownership declaration, good faith statement, infringing URL, original URL, and digital signature.
3. Counter-notification process
Recipients may submit counter-notices through platform channels. MarkMine records status but does not adjudicate disputes.
4. Repeat infringer policy
Repeated abusive submissions may be restricted. Accounts generating fraudulent claims may be terminated.
5. False DMCA notice consequences
Sending false DMCA notices is illegal. Users may face civil and criminal liability.
