By accessing MarkMine, you agree to these Terms and all applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

MarkMine provides content theft monitoring, risk scoring, and DMCA workflow tooling across supported social platforms.

You must provide accurate legal identity and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

You may not use MarkMine for harassment, false claims, malicious reporting, scraping abuse, or unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of your submitted creator content. You grant MarkMine a limited processing license solely to provide scanning and protection features.

Paid plans are billed in INR through supported gateways such as Razorpay. Taxes may apply based on location and invoicing requirements.

Plan cancellation can be initiated anytime from settings. Refund eligibility is governed by MarkMine’s Refund Policy.

You must only submit notices for content you are authorized to represent. False or fraudulent notices may trigger suspension and legal reporting.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and PDPB-aligned controls. We do not sell user data.

MarkMine is provided on an as-is basis without guarantee of uninterrupted service or specific legal outcome.

You agree to indemnify MarkMine against claims arising from your misuse, false notices, or violation of rights.

Integrations may depend on third-party platforms and APIs outside MarkMine control, including policy or availability changes.

We may update features, pricing, or legal terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email.

Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, legal risk, or repeated policy violations.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Bangalore, Karnataka.
