Refund Policy

Eligible plans may include a 7-day trial with feature access limits. Trial misuse may result in denial.

Refund requests are considered within 7 days of successful charge, subject to abuse and policy checks.

Submit request from billing settings or email billing@markmine.in with payment details.

Non-refundable cases include policy violations, repeated chargebacks, and consumed enterprise onboarding fees.

Approved refunds are initiated via Razorpay and usually reflected within 5-10 business days.
